Aneka Resep Puding Cake Marmer Cokelat

PUDING MARMER CAKE SEDERHANA

Bahan cake coklat :
- 3 butir telur -
- 75 gram gula pasir -
- 1 sdt emulsifier (SP/TBM) -
- 1/2 sdm air -
- 60 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -
- 20 gram coklat bubuk -
- 1/4 sdt baking powder -
- 50 gram margarin, dilelehkan -
- 1/2 sdt coklat pasta -

Bahan puding :
- 250 ml susu cair -
- 2 sdt (5 gram) agar-agar bubuk -
- 50 gram ugla pasir -
- 1/8 sdt esen vanila -
- 2 putih telur -
- 1/8 sdt sdt garam -
- 25 gram gula pasir -
- 1/2 sdm coklat bubuk dan 1 sdm air hangat -
- 1/8 sdt coklat pasta -

Cara membuat :
1. Cake : kocok telur, gula pasir, air dan emulsifier sampai mengembang. Tambahkan tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, can baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
2. Masukkan margarin dan coklat pasta sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk rata.
3. Tuang ddi loyang 22x22x3 cm yang dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti.
4. Oven 15 menit dengan suhu 190 oC sampai matang.
5. Puding : rebus susu, agar-agar dan gula pasir sampai mendidih. Tambahkan esen vanila. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.
6. Kocok putih telur dan garam sampai setengah mengembang. Masukkan gula pasir sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang.
7. Tuang rebusan susu sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok perlahan.
8. Ambil 1 sdm adonan puding. Tambahkan larutkan coklat dan coklat pasta. Aduk sampai larut.
9. Tuang di tengah adonan puding. Tambahkan larutan coklat dan coklat pasta. Aduk sampai larut.
10. Tuang di loyang 20x20x7 cm. Biarkan setengah matang.
11. Letakkan cake coklat yang sudah dikupas kulitnya di atas puding.
12. Buat puding marmer satu kali lagi dengan cara yang sama.
13. Tuang di atas cake. Bekukan.

Puding Cake Marmer Cokelat


Puding Cake Marmer Cokelat Berempah yang dicampuri dengan dark chocolate yang nikmat

Bahan Cake:
50 gram margarin kocok sampai putih
6 kuning telur
1 putih telur
60 gram gula pasir
50 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
1/4 sendok teh cokelat pasta

Bahan Puding:
800 ml susu cair
40 gram cokelat bubuk
70 gram gula pasir
2 bungkus agar-agar bubuk
150 gram dark cooking chocolate potong-potong
3/4 sendok teh bumbu spekuk
3/4 sendok teh jahe bubuk
4 putih telur
1/4 sendok teh garam
100 gram gula pasir

Cara Pengolahan :
1. Cake, kocok telur dan gula pasir sampai mengembang. Masukkan tepung terigu sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
2. Tuang sedikit-sedikit ke dalam kocokan margarin sambil diaduk perlahan. Ambil 60 gram adonan. Tambahkan cokelat pasta. Aduk rata.
3. Ceplok-ceplok adonan putih dan adonan cokelat secara bergantian di loyang tulban diameter 18 cm yang dioles margarin. Putar dengan tusuk sate sehingga membentuk marmer.
4. Oven 20 menit dengan suhu 190 derajat Celsius sampai matang. Angkat dan keluarkan dari loyang. Dinginkan.
5. Puding, rebus susu cair, cokelat bubuk, gula pasir, dan agar-agar sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
6. Masukkan potongan dark cooking chocolate, bumbu spekuk, dan jahe bubuk. Aduk rata dan biarkan hangat.
7. Kocok putih telur dan garam sampai setengah mengembang. Masukkan gula pasir sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang.
8. Masukkan rebusan susu sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok perlahan.
9. Tuang setengah bagian adonan puding diloyang diameter 20 cm tinggi 7 cm. Biarkan setengah beku.
10. Letakkan cake di atas puding. Tuang sisa puding. Bekukan.
