Chocolate Ogura ini permintaan dari putriku, yg mintanya dibuatkan cake coklat yang lembuuut bgt. Rebake dgn resep @susan0803 di IG, yang aku modif dikit. Hasilnya sangat nyoklat dan lembut sampe ludes gak sampe sehari.


Bahan-bahan
Bahan 1 (kuning telur);
100 gr DCC
80 ml susu cair plain/coklat
40 ml minyak sayur
5 kuning telur
100 gr tepung kunci
1 sdt coklat bubuk
secukupnya vanili
Bahan 2 (putih telur);
5 putih telur
75 gr gula kastor
1 sdm air lemon
Toping;
Sesuai selera (saya pake icing sugar aja)


Langkah

Siapkan loyang dialasi dengan baking paper, saya menggunakan loyang diameter 20. Dan preheat oven di suhu 170'C.
Lelehkan DCC dengan susu cair. Setelah rata. tunggu suhu panasnya turun, campurkan minyak sayur dan kuning telur. Aduk rata.
Kemudian tuangkan tepung yang sudah dicampur dengan coklat bubuk dan vanili ke dalam adonan cair diatas. Aduk denga whisk hingga rata. Sisihkan.
Mixer putih telur hingga berbusa, kemudian campurkan dengan gula secara bertahap, dan terakhir masukkan air lemon. Kocok dengan mixer hingga soft peak.
Masukkan secara bertahap putih telur yang telah di mixer ke dalam adonan kuning telur (yg disisihkan sebelumnya). Aduk dengan spatula hingga homogen.
Tuang ke loyang, dan panggang dengan teknik au bain marie/water bath selama 60 menit (tergantung oven ya) hingga permukaan cake naik.
Jika sudah matang, tunggu sampai suhu ruang agar tidak koyak ketika dipotong atau ketika baking paper dilepas.
Ogura coklat siap dinikmati. Bisa dipermanis dengan taburan icing sugar atau sesuai selera ya.
Hasilnya cake ini lembuut banget heheheh....Selamat mencoba!
