Steamed Chocolate Cake (No Mixer) by Izza (Han)

Moist... wangi butter dan coklatnya menuhin ruangan 😁. Paduan cake dan ganachenya pas, gak kemanisan.
Kalau ada yang mau bikin cakenya aja tanpa ganache, disarankan menambah takaran gula.


Bahan-bahan
100 gr Terigu protein rendah
50 gr Coklat bubuk kualitas bagus
1/2 sdt Baking powder
1/4 sdt Baking soda
80 gr Gula halus
1/4 sdt Garam
1/4 sdt Vanili bubuk
100 ml Susu kental manis putih cair (1 sachet atau 40 gr SKM dicairkan dengan air hingga menjadi 100 ml)
2 butir Telur
100 gr Butter di lelehkan
50 ml Minyak sayur/minyak goreng biasa (aku pakai canola)
70 ml Air panas
Ganache :
150 ml Cream kental/whip cream
100 gr coklat susu batangan
1 sdt Butter


Langkah

Olesi loyang dengan margarin/minyak. Lapisi dengan kertas roti. Sisihkan. Panaskan kukusan (tutup kukusan di bungkus lap bersih).
Ayak terigu + coklat bubuk + baking soda + baking powder. Tambahkan gula halus + garam + vanili bubuk. Aduk rata.


Buat lubang di tengah. Masukkan susu + telur + butter cair + minyak sayur. Aduk rata.


Tambahkan air panas 2 tahap. Aduk sampai tercampur rata.


Tuangkan ke dalam loyang, lalu masukkan ke pengukus. Kukus selama 20 menit dengan api sedang. Lakukan tes tusuk.


Jika sudah tidak ada yg menempel di tusukannya (seperti adonan basah). Angkat dari pengukus dan dinginkan.


Setelah cake benar-benar dingin, keluarkan dari loyang. Potong-potong sesuai selera. Siramkan ganache.


Membuat ganache : panaskan cream kental/whip cream. Tambahkan coklat batang yang sudah di sisir. Aduk sampai coklat mencair dan larut bersama cream. Tambahkan butter aduk cepat. Ganache siap digunakan.
