Bolu Chiffon Pisang Coklat Tepung Beras

Bismillah....
Dulu maju mundur kalau mau buat chiffon cake,loyang g punya,mixer g punya,,,tapi karena penasaran akhirnya bikin juga walaupun tanpa loyang khusus,,,tanpa mixer dan alhamdulillah selalu sukses beberapa kali bikin,,,, modal nekad terkadang diperlukan juga hehe ^^ .Biasany bikin yg tanpa aduk balik,,sekarang nyoba yang pake teknik aduk balik.

Resep di bawah kalau pake loyang khusus chiffon,bisa pakai yg diameter 14cm ya..
Saya cuma pake panci magic com yg kecil.

Bahan-bahan
Bahan A :
3 butir kuning telur
100 gr pisang,lumatkan
65 ml santan kental (saya pakai kara)
7 sdm minyak goreng yg baru
90 gr tepung beras

Bahan B (Meringue) :
3 putih telur
sejumput garam
85 gr gula pasir (kalau suka manis bisa ditambah)

Bahan C :
2 sdm coklat bubuk kualitas bagus

Langkah :
1. Siapkan bahan sesuai resep.



2. Campur pisang yg telah dilumatkan,tambahkan campuran santan dan minyak goreng,aduk rata,masukkan kuning telur satu persatu,aduk rata.Terakhir tambahkan tepung beras,aduk hingga homogen,sisihkan.




3. Meringue : Dalam wadah lain,masukkan putih telur,beri sedikit garam,kocok dengan whisk spiral /mixer hingga berbusa,kemudian tambahkan gula pasir dalam 3 tahap,kocok terus hingga kaku



4. Ambil sebagian adonan meringue,tuang ke dalam campuran adonan A,aduk hingga rata.Kemudian tuang campuran tadi ke sisa adonan meringue,aduk balik dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata,aduknya pelan saja ya.




5. Tambahkan 2 sendok makan coklat bubuk,aduk lagi hingga homogen.



6. Siapkan loyang,loyangnya jangan dioles apa-apa ya.Tuang adonan,lalu hentak-hentakkan hingga gelembung udaranya keluar.



7. Panggang selama kurleb 30 menit,saya pake panci magi com terus manggangya pake panci biasa. Kompor dengan api kecil saja.



8. Setelah matang,biarkan dingin dulu,baru keluarkan pelan-pelan dari loyang/cetakan.


9. Potong-potong sesuai selera.


10. Selamat mencoba.
