Bolu Panggang Energen Coklat

Ada energen banyak banget, yuk mari bereksperimen 🙈 soal rasa? Energen coklat bangetttt plus empuk bolu nya karna dipanggang dg tekhnik au bain marie. Ribet? Enggalahhh, sepadan dengan hasil akhirnya 😍

Bahan-bahan :
2 bungkus energen rasa coklat
2 btr telur suhu ruangan
5 sdm gula pasir
80 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
1/2 sdt pasta coklat
1 sdt baking powder
2 sdm butter, lelehkan
Secukupnya coklat chips untuk taburan

Langkah :
1. Kocok telur dan gula hingga kental berjejak dengan speed paling cepat


2. Turunkan speed ke level terendah masukkan energen coklatnya. Aduk hingga tercampur rata


3. Matikan mikser, masukkan tepung terigu dan baking powder sambil diayak. Tambahkan pasta coklat. Aduk menggunakan spatula menggunakan tekhnik aduk balik hingga tercampur rata. Terakhir masukkan butter yg sudah dilelehkan


4. Setelah tercampur rata masukkan kedalam loyang yg telah dialasi kertas roti, beri taburan coklat chips. Diberi tambahan keju cheddar parut juga bisa


5. Panggang dengan suhu 200 dercel selama 30 menit dengan sistem panggang au bain marie. Teknik au bain marie atau waterbath ialah proses pemanggangan dimana loyang berisi adonan diletakkan diatas wadah lain yang berisi air panas. Jika nanti pd saat memanggang air hampir habis, segera tambahkan air panas (jgn air suhu biasa, karna akan menyeabkan suhu di dalam oven akan turun). Pastikan loyang tidak bocor.


6. Lakukan tes tusuk, jika sudah tidak ada yg menempel berarti bolu sudah matang. Angin anginkan bolu


7. Potong sesuai selera. Lembut bolunya, ga seret di tenggorokan.


8. Note: bolu ini bs dipanggang dengan cara biasa kok, cuman hasilnya tidak akan sama dengan tekhnik memanggang cara au bain marie. Selamat mencoba 😍
