Assalamualaikum..
Sore sore habis hujan nyemil yang anget aja yuks moms. Bakpao cokelat. Buatnya mudah gak pake proofing lama tapi rasanya enak banget nget nget 😍😍

✒ NOTES membuat bakpao yg empuk & mulus :
1. Pastikan adonan kalis sebelum di proofing
2. Setelah diisi dan dibentuk cukup istirahatkan selama 15 menit saja, jangan terlalu lama nanti bakpao jadi kisut/keriput.
3. Kukus dgn menggunakan api sedang cenderung kecil, cukup 10-15 menit saja. Tergantung tebalnya adonan
4. Nikmati selagi hangat, kalo mau disimpan simpan di lemari pendingin d wadah kedap udar. Bisa tahan 5 hari & kukus kembali sebelum dihidangkan.


Bahan-bahan :
250 gr tepung terigu protein rendah (saya kunci biru)
60 gr gula halus
5 gr ragi
1/2 sdt baking powder
110 ml susu cair (resep asli air biasa)
15 gr mentega putih (saya blueband serbaguna)

Bahan Isian :
Cokelat batang cokelat (saya collata)
Cokelat batang putih (saya flamboyant)

Langkah :
1. Siapkan wadah, campurkan terigu, gula pasir, ragi dan baking powder. Masukan susu, uleni sampai setengah kalis.



2. Tambahkan mentega, uleni sampai kalis.
Bulatkan & istirahatkan selama 20 menit. Tutup dengan kain bersih.




3. Setelah 20 menit adonan jadi mengembang. Kempeskan adonan potong potong masing masing 50gr (saya dapat 8 pcs ya moms) sisa adonan saya beri buat anak saya untuk mainan 😁🤭




4. Kemudian pipihkan bagian pinggiran bakpao, biarkan tengahnya masih tebal & beri isian. Tutup/kunci rapat bakpao supaya isian tidak keluar. Lakukan sampai adonan habis ya
Istirahatkan kembali selama 15 menit. Lalu kukus selama 10 menit saja.




5. Matikan api, biarkan bakpao didalam kukusan selama 1 menit. Kemudian buka tutup kukusan dan angkat. Bakpao siap dihidangkan. Paling enak dimakan selagi hangat ya moms.
