Yuuuk moms bikin sendiri Chocolate Milk Pound Cake di rumah, jangan lupa share resepnya ke teman2 yg lain ya, terimakasih dan selamat mencoba :-)


Bahan-bahan :

70 gram Tepung Terigu Segitiga Biru

30 gram Coklat Bubuk

20 gram Tepung Maizena

120 gram Butter

60 gram Gula pasir putih butiran halus

100 gram Susu Kental Manis Coklat (aku pake indomilk sachet)

2 butir telur (pisahkan putih dan kuningnya)


Langkah :

1. Siapkan loyang loaf ukuran 22x10cm. Olesi mentega taburi tepung. Sisihkan

2. Panaskan oven pada suhu 180°C selama 15 menit

3. Kocok mentega dan gula hingga creamy dan berwarna pucat. Kisaran 10 menit.

4. Tuang SKM coklat, mixer hingga tercampur rata. Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu, mixer hingga tercampur rata. Matikan mixer. Langsung cuci bersih, dan keringkan karena akan digunakan untuk mengocok putih telur nantinya.

5. Masukkan campuran tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil diayak. Aduk secara perlahan menggunakan whisk. Jangan over ya mengaduknya, do it so softly. 😄

6. Kemudian kocok putih telur hingga mengembang dan sampai pada tahap soft peak. Kisaran 1-2 menit.

7. Campur adonan putih telur pada adonan coklat secara bertahap, hingga 2 tahap. Aduk lipat pakai spatula hingga kedua adonan menyatu.

8. Tuang pada loyang. Masukkan loyang adonan pada rak tengah. Kemudian sediakan loyang lain berisi air mendidih taruh di rak bawah. Panggang pada suhu 180°C selama 25 menit. Setelah itu keluarkan loyang berisi air. Lanjutkan memanggang kue pada suhu 160°C selama 20-25 menit atau sampai matang. Jangan lupa cek&ricek pake tusuk gigi.

9. Setelah matang keluarkan dari oven dan dinginkan. Potong2 sesuai selera.

10. Bon Appetit. Hasilnya moist, nyoklat, enak, yummy.... Alhamdulillaah
