Kue irit telur bahkan tanpa telurpun bisa nyemil yg nyoklat2 manis legit dan moist banget... apalagi disiram ganache makin nyoklat abiss.. bikinnyapun mudah tanpa perlu mixer cm aduk2 aja.. jadi deh #KueHematNikmat #SoSweet banget gak sih😍 bikin good mood balik lagi❤
Sengaja saya bikin per cup kotak biar so cute & ringkes gak perlu motong2 tinggal siram ganache dan didandanin cantik sesuai dg kemampuan n keahlian masing2 biar makin menarik😉

Bahan-bahan
Bahan A :
160 gram Terigu serbaguna
50 gram Coklat bubuk
2 sdm Susu bubuk
1 sdt Baking Powder
1/2 sdt Soda kue

Bahan B :
125 gram Gula palem/pasir (tambah jk suka manis)
1/2 sdt Garam

Bahan C :
300 ml Susu cair dingin atau air es
100 Minyak sayur
Secukupnya Pasta Coklat
1 sdm Air jeruk lemon

Bahan Ganache :
150 gram DCC, sisir
75 ml ml Susu cair
2 sdm Minyak sayur

Langkah :
1. Campur rata dan ayak bahan A. Tambah gula palem dan garam, aduk rata


2. Tuang susu cair dingin, aduk asal rata dg whisk


3. Tuang minyak sayur, pasta coklat dan air lemon, aduk rata



4. Tuang ke cup nyaris penuh. Oven suhu 180°C selama 35 menit (sesuaikan dg besarnya cup & oven masing2)


5. Ganache : (1.) Panaskan susu, matikan api,,,(2.) Langsung masukkan DCC, aduk rata smp meleleh,,,,,(3.) Tambahkan minyak, aduk rata




6. Keluarkan cake dr cup, siram ganache
