Assalamu'alaikum sahabat deBloom . . . "Me Time Is Baking Time," pas deh kayaknya untuk dua hari ini. Awal puasa ini suhu untuk ngebaking rasanya lagi naik, pinginnya otak-atik resep terutama yang berhubungan dengan "perbakingan". Di dapur pas ada banyak stok telur, akhirnya gak ragu lagi untuk nyoba Kue Lapis Surabaya kualitas medium, karena menggunakan sekilo telur.

Resep ekonomis penggunaan telurnya masih dibawah sepuluh butir, dan kualitas premium bisa menghabiskan dua kilo telur dan bahkan bisa lebih.

Lapis Surabaya Ekonomis, lumayan enak juga. Alhamdulillah, resep yang medium ini juga disuka keluarga, tapi motongnya harus kecil-kecil ya, biar gak bosen😋

Waktu : 60 menit

Bahan-bahan
Bahan A :
15 btr kuning telur
2 btr telur antero ukuran kecil
125 gula pasir
1 sdt esen vanila
1/2 sdt cake emulsifier

Bahan B :
100 gr butter
100 gr margarin
2 sdm kental manis putih

Bahan C :
75 gr tepung terigu pro rendah
15 gr tepung maizena
10 gr susu bubuk
1/2 sdt BPDA

Bahan D :
1 sdm coklat bubuk
1/2 sdt bubuk cinnamon
1/2 sdt pasta coklat

Bahan Filling :
Selai nanas/strawberry

Langkah :
1. Siapkan dan timbang bahan sesuai resep. Siapkan 3 bh loyang ukuran 10 x 25 (3 buah) atau loyang bersekat, olesi margarin lalu beri alas kertas, lalu olesi lagi dengan sedikit margarin.




2. Kocok bahan B hingga krimi, sisihkan. Kocok bahan A hingga kental berjejak.



3. Ambil sepertiga bagian kocokan bahan A, masukkan kedalam kocokan bahan B, aduk rata. Lanjutkan untuk sisa adonan, aduk rata (lakukan dalam tiga tahap).

4. Ambil sepertiga adonan, tambahkan bahan D, aduk rata. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang.

5. Tuang adonan putih kedalam dua loyang dan adonan coklat kedalam loyang yang lain. Hentakkan loyang beberapa kali untuk mengeluarkan udara dari dalam adonan.


6. Panggang dengan suhu 170-175 dercel selama 25-30 menit atau hingga kue matang. Angkat, dinginkan.


7. Olesi masing-masing permukaan kue dengan selai, lalu tumpuk secara berselang-seling (bagian permukaan paling atas tidak diberi selai). Tekan sedikit agar selai menempel dengan baik.

8. Potong-potong sssuai selera 👍
