Bolu Pisang Marmer (Keju Coklat)

Dalam rangka menyelamatkan pisang yg sdh terlalu matang 😅 gerombolan pohon pisang di belakang rumah lagi pada latah, satu berbuah yg lain pada ikutan, jd 2 minggu belakangan panen pisang terus. Sdh dibagi² ke sodara sm tetangga², disisain dikit buat di rumah. Rencana mau dibikin pais pisang karna si adek (10 bulan) doyan makan pais, tp hari berganti kok ya males mesti metik² daun pisang dulu, mana hujan terus minggu kemarin. Akhirnya pisang dah makin menghitam kulitnya, gak kepikiran mau dibikin apa² lg selain bolu pisang.

Safari cookpad ketemu resep mom Angken Keenan, waah cucok bgt pisangnya dibikin bolu marmer pakai keju+coklat bubuk, si kakak yang pilih² makannya ternyata juga doyan dan minta nambah terus hihihi 🤩 saya bikinnya versi dipanggang dan 2x resep asli, dan ada takaran yang dimodif sesuai bahan yang saya punya, klo mau lihat resep aslinya silakan tengok ke cookpadnya mom Angken Keenan ya bun 😊


Bahan-bahan :

600 gr pisang yang sudah dalu (saya pake pisang awak), lumatkan pakai garpu

200 gr margarin, lelehkan

400 gr terigu serba guna

3 sdt baking powder double action

1/2 sdt garam

8 butir telur

300 gr gula pasir

85 gr (1/2 blok) keju cheddar, parut

3 sdt coklat bubuk


Langkah :

1. Siapkan bahan-bahannya ya bun

2. Masukkan pisang yang sudah dilumatkan ke dalam margarin leleh, aduk rata, sisihkan.


3. Campurkan baking powder dan garam ke dalam terigu, ayak.

4. Mikser gula dan telur, dari kecepatan rendah perlahan ke sedang sampai tinggi, teruskan hingga warnanya pucat dan kental berjejak, jangan terlalu lama ya bun nanti malah gagal ngembang kuenya 😭 oiya ada tips dari mbak Endang JTT, klau mau ngemikser telur, telurnya bisa direndam dulu dalam air hangat kuku 10 menitan biar putih telurnya mencair, jadi pas dimikser dia ngembangnya cepet dan bagus 🤩

5. Secara bergantian, masukkan campuran terigu+baking powder+garam dan bubur pisang+margarin ke dalam adonan sedikit demi sedikit, aduk balik perlahan, pastikan setiap hendak memasukkan adonan sudah tercampur rata.

6. Bagi adonan jadi dua, bagian pertama ditambahkan keju cheddar parut, bagian kedua ditambahkan coklat bubuk, aduk rata perlahan.

7. Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang (saya pakai baking pan), selang seling antara adonan keju dan coklat, saya asal aja memasukkannya jadi motifnya acak.

8. Panggang selama kurleb 45 menit dengan api sedang cenderung kecil, tes dengan tusuk lidi kalau tusuk lidinya bersih gak ada adonan yang nempel berarti selamat, kue sudah matang 😆 angkat, dinginkan, lalu sajikan buat bunda sendiri dan mereka yang tersayang. Yummy 🥰
