Thousand Layer Chocolate Pie (Bakpia Coklat)

Kali ini saya buat " Bakpia Coklat Seribu Lapis (Thousand Layer Chocolate Pie).  Saya menggunakan full margarin ya klo diresep asli di bahan B + isian coklat ada penggunaan mentega. Berhubung ga ada stok jadi pake margarin aja deh.

Hasil dari bakpia ini kulitnya renyah dan isian rasanya nyoklat banget,enak pokoe πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ pasukan dirumah suka 😍😍😍 oh ya ini bakpia versi jumbo ya.


Bahan-bahan 

Bahan A :

15 gr Gula Halus

30 gr Margarin

90 gr Tepung Terigu Serbaguna

30 gr Air


Bahan B :

75 gr Tepung Terigu Serbaguna

40 gr Margarin

Secukupnya Pewarna Makanan


Bahan Isian Coklat :

90 gr Tepung Terigu Serbaguna yang sudah disangrai

30 gr Coklat Bubuk

20 gr Susu Bubuk

Air es secukupnya (1 - 2 sdm)

120 gr Gula Halus

50 gr Margarin


Langkah :

1. Membuat bahan A : campur semua bahan A kecuali air,masukan sedikit demi sedikit dan campur hingga teksturnya seperti adonan roti. Uleni selama 2 menit hingga kalis lalu bungkus dengan plastik wrap (Arni plastik biasa),diamkan 30 menit. Sisihkan

2. Membuat bahan B : campur semua bahan B,lebih mudah pencampuran adonan dengan tangan. Bungkus dengan plastik wrap (Arni, plastik biasa)diamkan 30 menit, sisihkan.

3. Membuat isian coklat : ayak terigu, coklat bubuk,susu bubuk dan gula bubuk. Lalu masukan margarin dan campur menggunakan spatula,masukan air sedikit demi sedikit (pencampuran lebih mudah memakai tangan) tambahkan air es hingga isian sudah bisa dikepal (hati2 jangan terlalu lembek)

4. Bagi adonan A dan B menjadi 3 bagian.

5. Pipihkan adonan A,lalu bungkus adonan B. Setelah terbungkus rapat, diamkan 30 menit jangan lupa ditutup plastik ya.


6. Pipihkan adonan usahakan bagian sambungan menghadap ke atas, pipihkan hinggap yang membentuk persegi panjang,gulung adonan (gulungan pertama) diamkan 5 menit. Pipihkan kembali lalu gulung adonan (gulungan kedua),bagi adonan menjadi 2 menggunakan pisau yang tajam.


7. Kemudian pipihkan adonan,bagian yang terpotong menghadap ke bawah. Lalu gilas adonan cukup lebar untuk membungkus isian, bungkus isian dengan hati2 supaya tidak sobek.

8. Tata diloyang yang sudah di oles tipis margarin/bisa juga di alasi baking paper,panggang di suhu 170°C selama 25 menit (sesuaikan dengan oven masing2 ya). Angkat dan sajikan.

9. Ini isiannya terlihat masih sedikit basah,soale pas masih dalam kondisi panas langsung saya potong. πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…
