Suupeeer moist, rasanya lebih enak dr yg dijual di toko. Bikinnya gampang bgt, ga pake mixer, pake whisk ajah. Dan menurut saya ini fool proof alias anti gagal. Gagal pun asal bahannya bener pasti enaaak... Hahaha...

Buat bikin ini siapin alat ukur minimal ukuran 1/2 cup, sama sendok takar ukuran 1/4 sdt (sendok teh), dan ukuran 1 sdm (sendok makan). Kapan2 coba konversi pake satuan berat deh.. *kapaaan?? *

Kalo mo bikin kue yg berlapis, tinggal didobelin resepnya, panggang 2 loyang, trus ditumpuk ya. Buat lapisan/frosting coklat yg atas pada dasarnya ga pake takaran, tapi pake feeling­čść

Kira2 perbandingannya 1 cup coklat dengan 1/2-3/4 cup cream. Makin banyak creamnya makin cair ya hasil akhirnya. Kuenya ga terlalu manis, jadi lebih nampol pake coklat couverture 50an persen.

Lelehkan coklat dengan ditim (panaskan di wadah yg ditaro diatas panci isi air mendidih) ato kl ga mo repot pakai microwave sampe meleleh. Dalam kondisi panas tambahkan whipped cream cair suhu ruang, aduk rata. Kalo saya pake coklat yg 50 persen ga tambah gula lagi, krn udh berasa manis.

Kalau pakai coklat masak (dark cooking chocolate) bisa juga, kl ini saya ga pernah tambah gula krn udh manis bgt.

Creamnya bisa diganti santan kental ya. Saya pernah pakai santan instan kemasan, hasilnya oke juga, ada aroma kelapanya.


Bahan-bahan

Bahan kering :

1 cup tepung serbaguna

1 cup gula pasir

1/2 cup cocoa powder

3/4 sdt baking soda

1/2 sdt baking powder

1/2 sdt garam


Bahan Basah :

1 telur

1/2 cup buttermilk (cara bikin ada di langkah)

1/2 cup air hangat

2 sdm minyak sayur

1/2 sdt vanilla extract (opsional)


Opsional : Frosting coklat ala2

1 cup coklat couverture 50an persen atau coklat masak

1/2 cup whipped cream cair suhu ruang atau santan instan


Langkah :

1. Bikin buttermilk: campurkan 1/2 cup susu cair pada suhu ruang dengan 1/2 sdm cuka apel atau air lemon. Aduk dan diamkan 5 menit sampai mengental/menggumpal.

2. Campur bahan kering, aduk rata

3. Campur bahan basah, termasuk buttermilk yg baru dibikin, aduk rata

4. Masukan bahan kering ke bahan basah, aduk rata

5. Panaskan oven suhu 160 degC. Tuang ke loyang ukuran diameter 18cm. Panggang di oven yg sudah panas kurleb 25-30 menit. Cek2 dengan tes tusuk ya, kl udh ga ada yg lengket brarti udah matang.

6. Opsional: Kalau mau ditambahkan frosting coklat leleh buat toppingnya, lelehkan 1 cup coklat couverture (ditim atau microwave). Pas masih panas lalu campur dgn 1/2 cup whipped cream cair suhu ruang, aduk rata. Kalau sudah dingin coklatnya akan agak mengeras. Tuang ke atas kue yg sudah didinginkan ketika frosting masih hangat.

7. Tambahkan sprinkle biar cantik kalau sudah dingin frostingnya.
